Vegan Sherbet | Recipes | Roland Foods

Ingredients

• 1 can Roland® Lychees in Heavy Syrup
• 1 tablespoon Roland® Maple Syrup
• 3/4 cup Roland® Organic Unsweetened Coconut Cream
• 1 pint fresh strawberries
• Fresh mint, to garnish
• 1 can Roland® Whole Mandarin Orange Segments in Light Syrup
• 1 can Roland® Mango Slices , dried
• Tajin seasoning, to garnish
• In a blender combine all of the sherbet ingredients (for either the lychee or mango flavor) and blend until well combined
• Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and prepare according to (ice cream maker) manufacturer instructions
• Serve with fruit and mint for garnish
