• 250 ml Beef Stock warmed
• 1 tsp Cumin Seeds half a teaspoon
• 1 tsp Garlic chopped
• 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Ground Coriander
• 1 tsp Ground Cumin
• 1 tsp Ground Turmeric half a teaspoon
• 3 tbsp Olive Oil
• 2 - Onion diced
• 1 pinch Pepper
• 150 g Red Lentils soaked
• 1 pinch Salt
• 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Ginger chopped
• 500 fillets SuperValu Irish Beef Mince
• 500 fillets SuperValu Rooster Potatoes peeled and cut into quarters
• 500 g Sweet Potatoes peeled and cut into quarters
• 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
