Vegetarian Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

• 3 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 cup pecans, chopped finely (I do this in a small food processor first)
• 1 medium to large onion, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon dry vegetable stock powder
• 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
• 1 clove of garlic, minced
• 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 10 oz cottage cheese
• 1 cup oats
• ½ cup dried breadcrumbs
