Fish spread recipie from "CB" with BACK in Tampa

Ingredients

• 3 or 4 Redfish filets (Smoked of course)
• 1 sweet onoin finley chopped
• 1 red bell pepper finley chopped
• 1 stalk celery finley chopped
• 2 bulbs roasted garlic
• some ground ginger (I don't measure just add )
• some hot sauce
• 1 to 2 pkgs cream cheese softened
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 tbls mayo
• a few dashes of worcestershire sauce
• salt and pepper to taste
• a few chopped green onions
