Lamb Supreme Cholent

Ingredients

• 3 lbs of lamb
• 4 carrots sliced up
• 2 onions diced
• 3 potatoes (peeled and cut up into 2 inch cubes)
• 3 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon saffron
• 2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoon Pereg spice for meatballs (kosher brand of spices - use an italian style blend)
• 1 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 3 Tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 Tablespoons olive oil
