Ingredients

• 3 cups raw grated carrots
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 ¼ c cooking oil
• 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
• 2 cups and 2 Tbsp flour
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
