Previously, when I baked champignons, there was a lot of juice on the bottom of the pan, which escaped the mushrooms, and it really upset me.
Ingredients
- 4-6 large mushrooms
- 4-6 pieces of sun-dried tomatoes
- 150 g of Gorgonzola cheese
- olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper
- 20 g of Parmesan cheese
- Green onions for serving
