• 1 tin coconut milk
• 1 tin green lentils
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 large tomatoes, chopped
• Handful of spinach
• 1 tbsp tomato puree
• 1 tbsp garam masala
• 2 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp garlic powder
