• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 3/4 cup applesauce
• 6 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt
• 6 tablespoons egg mix combined with 3/4 cup water
• 3/4 cup oats, finely ground in food processor
