- 500g San Remo Penne
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 brown onion, peeled and finely diced
- 2 x 400g tins chopped tomatoes
- Sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 x 185g tins tuna in olive oil
- ¼ bunch basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried basil (if fresh is not available)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
