Sausage & Bean Stew – Farm Fresh Revolution

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 carrots or 1 pepper, sliced
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 6 sausages
• 1 tin chopped tomatoes
• 1 tin beans (butter/cannellini/kidney etc.)
• 2 tbsp tomato puree
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 250ml chicken stock
• pinch of brown sugar
• sea salt and black pepper to taste
