Ingredients

• 1100 ml water
• 1 tsp salt
• 200 g Penne pasta
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 4 cloves garlic
• 4 pieces dried chilies , cut into 1 inch pieces, soaked, deseeded and drained
• 2 pieces red chili padi , smashed optional
• 1 can tuna in olive oil
• 2 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 stalk spring onions , chopped
• 1 stalk coriander , chopped
