• 250 ml Castor Sugar
• 3 ml Salt
• 5 ml Bicarbonate of Soda
• 5 ml Cream of Tartar
• 125 ml Milk
• 5 Cardamom Seeds (Crushed)
• 1 Large Tin of Pears (825g)
• 1 Egg
• 25 g Butter (Melted)
