Porc Aux Pruneaux recipe: French dish local to the south west. This is my own version.
Ingredients
- 2 lb Shoulder pork
- 1 carton Heavy Cream
- 1/3 bottle White wine
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 1 handful Fresh sage
- 12 whole Agen prunes
- 1 large Mild onion
- Salt & black pepper
- Water to cover
