• 1 16 pound turkey
• 1 T salt
• 1 onion, halved
• 2 lemons, halved
• 3 carrots, cut into 3 sections
• 3 celery ribs, cut into 3 sections
• 2 onions, quartered
• 10 large crimini mushrooms
• 3 c. chicken broth
• 3/4 pound thick sliced bacon
