- 50g of golden caster sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp mixed spice
- 2 tsp salt
- 7g of fast-action dried yeast
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
