• 12 Dandy® radishes cut into quarters
• 1 sprig rosemary
• ½ teaspoon sea salt
• ½ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
• 2 Tablespoons Red wine
• 2 Tablespoons olive oil
• 4- 6 oz. Petite Filet mignon
• 2 tablespoons sea salt
• ¼ cup coarse cracked black pepper
• 4 sprigs thyme
• 4 cloves garlic (smashed)
• 2 Tablespoons Canola oil
• 2 Tablespoons salted butter
• 4 oz. Roquefort Cheese
