• 2 TBSP freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 TBSP freshly squeezed orange juice
• 1/2 cup sugar, plus 1 tsp to sprinkle on top
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1/8 tsp allspice

• 1 egg beaten with 1 TBSP water (egg wash)
