• 4 - 6oz. round steaks
• 1 Tbsp. Roasted Walnut Oil
• Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
• 1 Tbsp. Medium or Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 clove garlic, sliced
• 2 heads radicchio, torn into pieces
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/3 c. sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
• 1/3 c. Traditional Balsamic
• 1/2 c. low-sodium chicken broth
• 1/3 c. fresh basil, sliced
• 1 Tbsp. Mild Extra Virgin Olive Oil
