BBC Food - Recipes - Italian-style veggie sausage, potato and tomato stew

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ onion
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 50ml/2fl oz white wine
• ½ x 400g/14oz can plum tomatoes, chopped
• salt and freshly ground black pepper
• ½ baking potato , chopped
• 1 vegetarian sausage , cut in half lengthways
• 1 sprig fresh chervil , to garnish
