• For the blueberry filling:
• 4 c. fresh blueberries
• 1/3 c. granulated sugar
• 4 t. cornstarch
• 1/8 t. salt
• 1 T. lemon juice
• For the cream cheese whipped cream:
• 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 c. confectioners sugar
• pinch of salt
• 1/2 t. vanilla extract
• 1 c. heavy cream
