- 4tbsp tikka paste
- 300ml plain yoghurt
- Juice of half a lemon
- 4 cloves garlic - crushed
- 1tsp lemon salt
- 1/2tsp medium curry powder
- black pepper
- 450g paneer cheese - cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4-6 large red peppers - or 8-12 small pointed peppers
