Cheesecake Swirl Pumpkin Lemon Banana Bread | This African Cooks

Ingredients

• 1 cup all purpose flour (I used King Arthur)
• 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup pumpkin pie filling
• 5 tbsp coconut oil (Melted)
• 1 tbsp buttermilk
• 3 whole bananas (Aim to use ones that are real ripe )
• 1 tsp lemon extract
• 1 whole egg
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp all spice
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 8 oz block of cream cheese (Soften, to do so you can microwave in a small bowl in 30 second increments, until soft)
• 1/3 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp lemon extract
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
