Ingredients

• 1 Package of Sticky Fingers Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin Mix
• 4 Tablespoons Baking Powder
• 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 Cup Neutral Oil (we used canola)
• 2 Whole Eggs
• 2 Teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 Cup Water
• Optional: 1/2 Cup Blueberry Jam
• 2 Cups Frozen Blueberries
• Optional: 1/2 Cup Sugar
• Juice from 1 Lemon (3-4 Tablespoons)
