Cheesecake Jam Bars – Southern Roots Sisters LLC

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 c all purpose flour
• 1/2 c confectioner's sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt 
• 2 sticks unsalted butter, chilled and cut into very small pieces
• 1 tsp ice water
• 1/4 c toasted and chopped very fine pecans (optional) 
• 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs beaten
• 1 cup Southern Roots Sisters Jam
