- 4 cups Rice (soaked for 30 minutes)
- 3½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 4 tsp Seven Spices
- 2 tsp Dried Mint
- 4 Tomatoes (1 diced + 3 sliced)
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 6 oz Lamb (ground)
- ⅓ cup Tomato Paste
- 6 cups Lamb Broth
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
