• 1 teaspoon Cayenne
• 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt (plus more to taste)
• 1 cup Beef Stock
• 1 cup Black Coffee
• 1 cup Tomato Sauce
• 2 teaspoons Maple syrup
• 1/4 cup Tahini
• 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee
• 2 cups Beef Broth
• 1 teaspoon Unsalted Butter
• 1 teaspoon Cornstarch dissolved in 3 tsp water
• 2 cups Mirepoix (equal amounts chopped celery, onion, carrot)
• 4 cups Red Wine
• 2 cups Blueberries
• 1 teaspoon Dark Chocolate Chips
