• Lemon thinly sliced and seeds removed 1
• Olive oil 3 tbsp
• Shallot sliced 2
• Garlic smashed and peeled 2 cloves
• Kosher salt divided 1 ½ tsp
• Anchovy paste 1 tsp
• Capers drained ¼ cup
• Red pepper flakes ½ tsp
• Zucchini small, about 2 pounds total, halved and sliced 1/3 inch 4
• Pasta such as Spaghetti alla Chitarra or Vermicelli Lunghi 0.5 lb
• Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese freshly grated ½ cup
• Fresh dill ½ cup
• Fresh basil leaves roughly chopped or torn ½ cup
• Feta cheese crumbled feta or goat cheese 1 cup
