Chicken and Peach Skewers with Creamy Onion Soup Sauce | RICARDO

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
• 2 tbsp onion soup mix
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey
• 1/2 tsp curry powder
• 1 1/2 (675 g) skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed (about 3 breasts)
• 2 bell peppers, various colours, seeded and each cut into 16 cubes
• 2 peaches, ripe but firm, pitted and each cut into 8 wedges
• 1 red onion, cut into 8 or 12 wedges (depending on the size of the onion)
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp cilantro leaves, finely chopped, plus more for serving
• 1 tbsp onion soup mix
• 2 tsp (10 ml) lemon juice
• 1 Lebanese cucumber, grated
