Ingredients

• 2 onions, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 200g mushrooms, torn
• 1 pack Porky Whites Succulent Hog Roast & Apple Sausages
• 1 tbsp plain flour
• 500ml beef stock
• 1 tbsp gravy granules
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp dried thyme
• 1 tbsp tomato purée
• 150g frozen peas
• 100g Red Leicester, grated
• 500g frozen hash browns
• Salt and pepper, to taste
