• 80g canned beets
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1/2 onion
• 2 focaccia buns
• 4 lettuce leaves
• butter, salt, and coarsely ground black pepper (as needed)
• 2 tsp mayonnaise
• 1 tsp whole-grain mustard
• 1 tsp grated garlic
• About 2 pinches of chili pepper
