Corn Potato Croquettes – Shaiksphere

Ingredients

• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 5 small (or 3 large) potatoes, peeled and diced
• 12 oz (1 packet) of corn
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon paprika powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 1 teaspoon carom seeds (Ajwain)
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 ½ cup unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1 cup gram flour
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• Salt, to taste
• Oil, to deep fry
