- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 green chilli, sliced
- Olive oil
- 1 400g tinned tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp Spanish smoked paprika
- Salt
- freshly ground black pepper
