  • 1 pound New York strip steak (about 2 small steaks), fat trimmed
  • 1 small red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 ounces mixed baby greens
  • 1/2 cup frozen artichoke hearts, defrosted and drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
