Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 7 ounces of round steak
• 1 red chili, sliced
• 2 coriander sprigs, chopped
• 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon fish sauce
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 3 fresh mint leaves, chopped
• 1 lettuce head
• 2 ounces of cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 ounces of yellow cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
• ¼ cup peas
• 4 radishes, sliced
