Ingredients: 1/2 cup melted butter; 1/2 cup oil; 1 cup granulated sugar; 1/2 cup packed brown sugar; 4 eggs; 1 cup applesauce; 2 TBL orange juice (optional); 2 1/2 cup flour; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp baking powder; 2 tsp cinnamon; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp nutmeg; 1/3 tsp allspice; 3 cups peeled, thin sliced and chopped apples , about 14 ounces (I used an apple corer peeler slicer so the pieces were pretty thin)
