• 1/2 cup, golden raisins or dried cranberries
• 1 1/4 cups dark brown sugar, tightly packed
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup half and half
• 1/4 cup of maple syrup
• 1/4 tsp. salt
