Anyone else love hot sauce with their Mac & Cheese? This recipe infuses Hot Garlic into the cheese sauce, creating a delicious, savory, and perfectly spicy Mac & Cheese! Makes 6-8 Servings...
Ingredients
- 8 oz uncooked noodles of choice
- 3 TBS butter
- 2 TBS wheat flour
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 TBS garlic powder
- 1 cup milk of choice (we’ve done it with coconut, almond, and 2% – all good)
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 TBS Hot Garlic Hot Sauce (increase as desired – we like 3 TBS)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar & pepper jack cheese
