Ingredients

• 500g of moghrabieh
• 2 slices of dried ham
• 1 handful of red cabbage
• 1 handful of kale
• 1 tomato
• 1 small cucumber
• 1 small zucchini
• 1 spring onion
• 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
• 2 tbsp of olive oil
• 1 tbsp of vinegar
• 1 pinch of salt and pepper
