Ingredients

• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 2 Onion (peeled & diced)
• 80 g Chorizo (peeled & diced)
• 1 Red pepper (seeds removed & diced)
• 1 Green pepper (seeds removed & diced)
• 1 tsp Chilli powder
• 1 tsp Cumin
• 1 tsp Smoked paprika
• 2 tins Chopped tomatoes
• 480 ml Vegetable stock
• 1 tin Kidney beans (drained & washed through)
• 160 g Sweetcorn
• 200 g Tortilla chips
