- 1 tsp. grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. allspice (optional)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 potato, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups low-sodium beef stock
- Kosher salt
- Canola/vegetable oil
- Fat Cake
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup and 1 tbsp. lukewarm water, separate
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 cups of flour, plus extra
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
