Moussaka with Zucchini or Eggplant Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 small zucchini, unpeeled and cut into 1/4 inch
• slices (or 1 medium eggplant, unpeeled and cut
• into 1/4 inch slices)
• 1 large onion,sliced
• 1 pound lean ground lamb
• 1 can (8 ounces)tomato sauce
• 1 clove garlic,minced
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 cup diced feta cheese
• 1/4 to 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
