• 1 carrot, grated
• 1 small onion, grated
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1 cup (240 mL) milk
• 1 cup (240 mL) breadcrumbs or crushed saltine crackers
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) garlic powder
• 1 tsp (5 mL) paprika
• 0.50 tsp (2.5 mL) salt
• 0.25 tsp (1.25 mL) ground black pepper
• 0.75 cup (180 mL) ketchup
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) yellow mustard
