• 7 fl oz cooking oil
• 4 eggs
• 10 oz wheat flour
• 3 ½ oz walnuts
• 2 ½ tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 14 oz grated carrots
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 ½ oz melted white chocolate
• 1 Zests orange
• Frosting:
• 7 oz plain cream cheese
• 1 tbsp vanilla flavoring
• Cake pan (26cm/ 10inch)
• 3 tbsp of grated carrots
