Ingredients

• ¾ cup milk (cool)
• 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate (thawed)
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
• ¼ cup butter
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon cardamom (optional)
• 3 cup all-purpose unbleached flour
• 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast or instant yeast
• 1 cup currants or raisins ((optional) )
• 1 oz. cream cheese
• 1 tablespoon orange juice
• 1½ cups powdered sugar
