• For the topping:
• 50g speculoos spice
• 30g condensed milk
• 20g brown sugar

• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 pinch of ground cloves

• 40g icing sugar, sieved
• 100 g speculoos spread (or cookie butter)
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
