- 8 (680g) trim lamb steaks
- 1 small (120g) onion, chopped
- ¼ cup (60ml) white wine
- ½ cup (125ml) beef stock
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
