- 375 grams lamb mince
- 2/3 cup freshly grated parmesan
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 10g chicken stock cubes
- 400 grams jar tomato pasta sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil
- 400 grams punnet medley mix tomatoes, larger ones halved
- 1 medium brown onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/4 cup arborio rice
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 20 grams butter, chopped
- 1/2 cup small basil leaves
