This delicious creamy bacon and broccoli carbonara recipe makes four portions. It's quick and easy to make. Easily adapted to vegetarian.
Ingredients
- 1 pack Better Naked Bacon (which is nitrite-free), chopped
- 1 Knob butter
- Broccoli head
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 230g cream cheese
- 150ml-185ml made up stock
- 35g parmesan cheese or equiv, grated
- Salt & pepper
