- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tsp Windsor® Half Salt™ (or Windsor® Table Salt)
- 1/2 tsp Windsor® Black Peppercorns (freshly ground)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Windsor® Half Salt™ (or Windsor® Table Salt)
- 2 tsp dry mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- dash Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper (or to taste)
